So I am to presume you are Derek Pro-Bama, as it were?
:iconkeswickpinhead:
Nah, and as a Canadian, I can't choose. Just as long as Republicans are gone. I think an Obama-Edwards, or Edwards-Obama ticket, would have the best chances of winning.
I don't recognize the Derek reference. Explanation?
:icontrynottobreathe:
The Derek part was an alcohol induced typo, and a fairly appauling one at that.
:iconkeswickpinhead:
Ah...Yes I have been there!
Although....If his name were Derek, maybe some of these pinhead pundits would stop making such a fucking big deal about his name.
William Shakespeare said 'What's in a fucking name?", or something.....
Derek Obama, better yet Derek O'Brien.
How about more Hollywood, Derek Drama, Barry Drama!
:icontrueemperor:
im for the dem canidates, but i just wanted to say that all republicans are not bad, in fact it was the dems who pushed for the vietnam war.
:iconkeswickpinhead:
I agree, although it was the Hawks in the intelligence and military community,
that sold the war to Kennedy by exaggerating the situation.
John McCain is a good man, he should be given a position in the DEM administration,
it would help to heal the wounds, from 8 years of Bush bungling, and divisiveness.
The best person for the job, reguardless of political party.
Like Lincoln did.
Like Churchill did.
Meet me in the middle :D
Peace
CW
:icontrueemperor:
its was mainly lyndon johnson who pushed for war, and the military did not have as much say in the matter
as today
and by the way churchill was very determined to keep up the british empire, the usa was very anti-empire when FDR was president, so churchill healed the wounds that concerned his empire
:iconkeswickpinhead:
No, the war was already unofficially on before Kennedy got into power.
Anytime you see the word 'Advisor' it is code for 'Soldier' or 'Mercenary'
Johnson was handed the folder after Kennedy, but the wheels where in motion long before Dem rule.
Churchill WAS determined to keep the status quo, just like FDR was interested in extending Americas influence and power. You don't really believe there are ANY innocent politicians do you?
:icontrueemperor:
when it comes down to it all politiians are the same, but they are just people like everyone else
