These ones CAN be made into low grade opium, but they are not the ones I used when I used to make it.
I used ordinary poppy seeds from the baking goods aisle.
The flower heads for that have a higher opium content.
Having said that, don't make it.
Being an addict isn't fun, or glamourous.
It's a death sentence, I'm lucky to get out as well as I did, and I STILL stole years of my life from myself.
What was I thinking?

I can't really rest and think I did though...it's a life long struggle, that I could LOSE.
That is ONE thing about Michael Jackson that I can understand and sympathise about.
I know the horrors of addiction.
I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I'm not sure if he was addicted though or if he could take them or leave them but was simply, out of his own stubborness and hypochondria, afraid to. I know though, that when they looked inside his body during the autopsy they found absolutely no food at all - only prescription drugs.

That sort of thing makes me shudder...

I DO know for CERTAIN that when the Jackson VICTORY tour came to town, there was an order for a quarter pound of cocaine, from someone in the Jackson Organization.
I know the guy that supplied it....knew...he's dead too.
A quarter pound for a couple of nights in town was the LARGEST amount anyone ordered.
Closest was Van Halen ordering an ounce.
But a QUARTER?
Way more than JUST Michael could take.

Not the way it works.
A band comes into town
The promoter calls the "Facilitator"...a person who can get ANYTHING for the stars.
The Facilitator would call my friends....either the dope dealer, or the massage guy,(some stories THERE too) or a number of other "specialists".
The dope is delivered to the venue, or hotel room.
The Stars...or the Stars and Entourage TAKE everything given...and move on to the next town...where it all starts again.
They don't carry much dope with them, because it opens them up to getting BUSTED.
Especially if they're planning on crossing borders.
So...no...it's HIGHLY unlikely that the QP of blow was taken anywhere but up the nostrils, and into the lungs, and arms of the Jackson Organisation.
A LOT of them.
But I figure Michael was getting some of that coke...I understand rumours of his cocaine use are beginning to surface, which would also explain his addiction to sedatives...Coke Heads use Sedatives when they stop their Binge.
When it's time to come down, they take a downer, to sleep.
Had a buddy, stayed awake for a couple of days, was about to crash...so he took a valium, and jumped in his car to drive home...the idiot.
He woke up in hospital.
He'd fallen asleep behind the wheel.

But you have to feel bad for these people. Especially those that are thrust into the spotlight at such an early age - they're surrounded by all these fuckwads and there are never any decent people in sight, so what else can they turn to? Poor man...
