Canadian Ice Orange?

Ah yes, it looks like the crop of ice oranges is ready to harvest.
There is nothing like a freshly picked Canadian Ice Orange, still frozen solid, and when I say "nothing like" I mean it.
There IS nothing like it, because it simply doesn't exist.

Picture of ice, snow and food colouring, that was formed in a cake container, doubled and mirrored. It sits in a tree that hangs over the now-frozen surface of Lake Simcoe.
I hope this is left alone, so that as it melts the intricacies of ice on the inside of this piece will become more visible.
Believe me when I say, this is not just a chunk of orange ice, there are many pieces within it, that are yellow or red, so it should make for interesting pictures as nature does its part in this artistic partnership that I have with it.
