Just another Bike Riding Scarecrow in Brechen

The painted bikes with flower baskets are here all year, the dummies come out around Halloween.
It's part of their 'Beautify Brechen' campaign.
They want Brechen to become known as an artist-friendly town...something I endorse wholeheartedly.
