York Corruption Continues

I spoke to Bryan Popowich, from the York Region Provincial Offenses Office today, after receiving this collection letter from a company called Nor-Don Collection Network Incorporated.
It seems that when I called the YRPOO before, the person on the other end of the line lied to me.
I asked if the amount of this illegally levied fine would be raised anymore, since it had gone from $65. to $85.
This woman, who's name I should have requested, told me that the fine would NOT go any higher.
Well, I guess this is yet another lie that the so-called "authorities" of York Region have told.
The fine that I will never pay is now $98.51
Brian Popowich suggested I appeal the fine.
I told him I wasn't allowed to enter the evidence that would have cleared me of these unproven allegations into the court record in the FIRST case.
I told him that the Catholic School Board had lied to the Crown Attorney in a sworn statement, and that the Crown Attorney aided and abetted a stalker in the courtroom.
I also reiterated that I will NEVER pay this fine, because I haven't broken the law, nor has it been proven in court.
I will NOT pay York Region one red cent for the "pleasure" of being TORTURED, WRONGLY IMPRISONED, SLANDERED and repeatedly PERSECUTED by York Region's "finest".
It doesn't matter whether it's a million dollars, or a million fines of a million dollars each, I refuse to validate these lies by paying a fine for a crime I never committed, and for which I have been the victim of death threats that the police apparently condone, since they didn't charge the criminal who threatened me.

I sure wish "Detective" Peter Duguay hadn't illegally denied me my right to legal council.
I sure wish I hadn't trusted any of the cops who have lied to, and about me.
As a grandson of a law enforcement officer, I put more faith in the police obeying the law than I should have, apparently.

You know, if I were given assurances that I would get legal council, and that I would be allowed to enter into the court record the evidence I was told I couldn't the last time, I might consider giving the court another chance to prove it isn't completely corrupt.

The one bright spot in this repugnant case, is the police have NOT issued a warrant for me...surprise surprise.
They have such courage in their convictions, such faith in the work they've done, that they passed the buck to a third party, rather than follow up on their previous ridiculous claims that they based upon GOSSIP.

Remember, these are the people that have been slandering me, calling me all kinds of vile names, claiming I was DANGEROUS...HA...so dangerous, in fact, that they've delegated the collection of blood money to civilians.
They haven't got the intestinal fortitude to prove any of their slanderous claims, or even issue a warrant, the cowards.
They don't want me revealing what has transpired.
I hope it costs York Region MILLIONS of dollars trying to retrieve this illegally levied fine.
Maybe they will learn from this to NOT violate Canadian Rights in the future, if they think it will be too costly for them...or if they realize they will be exposed for doing it.

If, in the unlikely case that I ever applied for a loan, or credit of any kind, and I am refused, I will make a point to have it entered into the record that I have not, and will not, pay the fine, because it's a violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights.

The Catholic School Board was allowed to put the cart before the horse.
Without having to prove WHY they banned me from what they call "private property" they were allowed to carry on to charging me with the offence that they hadn't proven they could charge me with in the first place.
I sure would like to see the evidence that I "harassed" ANYONE entered into the court record that was used as a basis upon which I was tortured, harassed, imprisoned, and finally, financially penalized....the Catholic School believe they are above the law.
The Catholic School Board declined to enter their lie-filled disclosure into evidence because I contacted the Crown Attorney and listed all the inconsistencies, and outright LIES in their "disclosure".

Not only should I not have been charged, there SHOULD be an inquiry into a Catholic Superintendent lying in a sworn statement submitted to the Crown Attorney.
I even received a letter from the Director, Crown Operations from the Ministry of the Attorney General, saying they were sending this issue back to Hans Saamen, senior Prosecutor of York Region.
As I told the Director, if I THOUGHT that Hans Saamen would actually do his job I wouldn't have written him in the first place.
But you see, I already KNEW Has Saamen had no interest in justice, which is why I went over his head...to try and retrieve what's left of my shattered life.
Not one York "official" seems to care about this injustice.
As Bryan Popowich said just now on the phone:
"I don't care".
