I want the name and badge number of the person that called me to inform me that the police would (suprise suprise) NOT be laying charges in my DEATH THREAT from a neighbour.
Again I refer to the pamphlet that the police hand out on victims rights
"Victims should be treated with courtesy, compassion and respect".
I recieved none of these courtesies.
"If you know so much about law, how come blah blah blah...."
THAT'S the tone of voice I get from the guy on the phone.
Basically saying "We aren't going to do ANYTHING to insure your safety, or that will help you PROVE that the police have been breaking the law".
I want to lay assault charges against the person that threatened me, if the police aren't going to charge him themselves, which I believe they SHOULD if they are interested at all in UPHOLDING the law.
Is it that the police are AFRAID of what a JUDGE might say about what's been going on?
I want the name and badge number of the person that SLANDERED my name in the park.
I want a PUBLIC APOLOGY from the York Regional Police CHIEF, and the Catholic School Board.

Why am I plugging ' Peace of Winter'?
One of my peace signs in the snow pics caught someones eye,
and they asked if they could use it in this collaboration.
Some of the proceeds of this will go to The Dalai Lama Foundation [link] who are working towards Freedom for Tibet.
I won't be getting any money, but frankly, I never expected to.
Any exposure is good, and I feel like this is a wonderful confirmation that I'm at least doing SOMETHING right.
