'Sargeant' Mark Charlebois violated the Charter of Rights, and unlawfully grabbed, then pushed an innocent person.
A judge has found that our Charter was indeed treated like Mark's personal toilet paper.
I wonder what 'Sargeant' Mark Charlebois punishment for breaking the law will be....
In my case, I never assaulted anyone, never broke any laws, but I was assaulted by 'officer' Jeff Kerr, who never received any punishment for nearly breaking my arm, handcuffing me, and tossing me in a jail cell, all without laying a single criminal charge.
I'm going to go out on a limb here, and assume Mark Charlebois will also get away with breaking the law.
