For twenty years, York Regional Police gave aid and comfort to a man who preyed upon teenage girls.
www.yorkregion.com/news-story/…
YRP waited until Donald Clark was 65 to finally lay criminal charges. A lifetime of pay, before even considering doing the right thing.
The 'law enforcement' officers of York Region protected a pervert in their midst, even while they were busily spending your tax dollars painting me as perverse without proof.
Charming.
I await my public apology, Chief Eric Joliffe.

An Open Letter To Mayor Margaret QuirkIt is not surprising to me that the lies York Regional Police spread are still being retold near the place that YRP did the lion's-share of their smear campaign, Kerfoot Crescent (near Highcastle Public Park).
It's come to my attention that people in this neighbourhood are calling me a "diddler".
This is a disgusting piece of phony gossip the police helped foster (shouting it loudly for all to hear will do that).
In light of the Donald Clark issue (where it was revealed that YRP covered up for Don Clark, who sexually assaulted multiple teenage girls over a span of decades) I would very much like for Chief Eric Joliffe to publicly apologize to me, for the ongoing harm and damage YRP have done to myself, my family and friends, and this neighbourhood in general.
Sincerely
A victim of police criminality

Criminal Cop Modus OperandiAfter reading Jeremy Grimaldi's informative report about what the Horsak family endured at the hands of York Regional Police http://www.yorkregion.com/news-story/7158034-family-spends-thousands-3-years-battling-police-assault-allegations/
it occurred to me that this may be YRP's routine approach to misdeeds they've committed, because they did a similar thing to me.
They beat the father and son, they tossed a phone (reported to be full of damning evidence) into a toilet. Then they laid charges against their victims, so that they could justify the beating.
In my case they roughed me up, handcuffed me, tossed me in a cell, then found out they'd fucked up and had nothing to prove the vile criminal accusations they'd been repeatedly making, so they charged me with 'trespassing'.
When they were given an opportunity to prove their disgusting and baseless insinuations, and justify treating me like a violent criminal, they folded.
When the police were called to justify "subduing" a father
The Campaign of Whispers April 27 2007 was the first time I heard the disgusting allegations against me. The Geniole family, who formerly lived at 39 Highcastle, sent the police to my house to investigate their claim that I was “Looking at Children in the Park”.
The police spoke with me for a short time and were convinced that these allegations were groundless.(or so I THOUGHT at the time)
I have had disputes with The Geniole family before. Unable to attack me with claims to the police, they started to spread the rumour that I was a “Child Molester”. I think they should be investigated for Criminal Mischief.
The second time the police were summoned to inv
Bad cop gets slap on wrist: KeswickPinhead SHOCKEDThis story was in the Toronto Sun, written by Michelle Mandel
I have thrown my "two cents" in, here and there, and changed some of the wording to reflect my feelings about the lack of leadership and the lawlessness among the York Regional Police Force.
I will leave a link to the article as it was published at the end of this journal.
For a real treat, read some of the comments left by the public.
NEWMARKET - The York Region cop he blames for framing him and ruining his life stood before the police board and received a slap on the wrist.
For carrying on an affair with Sherry Major while investigating her claims of sexual assault against her estranged husband, Staff-Sgt. Terry Jordan was handed an 18-month demotion to sergeant Wednesday.
“This is a very unfortunate situation that has had an impact on all of us as police officers” said York Regional Police chief Armand La Barge following the disciplinary ruling by Supt. Karen Noakes.
Yes...not to mention the poor bastard that
Smear CopsA 23 year old woman was unfairly labelled a pimp and a human trafficker for two years.
She had her mug shot spread all over the Internet
Her arrest was recorded by a television news show that took a ride-along with York Regional Police.
“They really did ruin this girl’s name. It’s really sad. She’s a really good kid,” the lawyer said of the innocent victim.
In September 2013, all the human trafficking charges were withdrawn by the Crown Attorney.
The remaining charges were dropped after a Judge deemed that there was no evidence to go to trial.
Another person who had their reputation destroyed by YRP...am I the only one sensing a pattern here?
A Query For CopsIf a York Regional Law Enforcement Officer witnessed a man, driving his truck while pointing a camera at a young child on the sidewalk what would they do?
Would the officer charge the man with distracted driving?
Would the officer ask questions about what the driver was filming?
I suppose it depends on whether the driver in question is a York Regional Law Enforcement Officer...
More paranoid people than me would be concerned about being filmed in this way, as I was today.
Minding my own business, tending to my garden, a cop employed by YRP drove past with his smart phone pointed at his child, who was learning the rules of the road as it applies to a novice bicyclist.
Perhaps inadvertently, he filmed me on my property.
Would you be concerned if it were you being taped by cops?
If it were me doing the same thing, filming a child while driving a vehicle, what do you suppose he, and/or his colleagues, would do?
UPDATE: Well, at very least, the days of this cop glaring my way when he sees m
Cocks Corn And CopsA man with an apparent aversion to roosters was speaking to a psychiatrist.
The doctor says "Why are you so afraid of roosters?"
The man responds "Roosters like to eat corn, I am afraid roosters will eat me".
The puzzled doctor says "But you are a man, you are obviously NOT corn".
"I know that," says the man "but the roosters don't".
For years, I've been trying to convince York Regional Police and York Catholic District School, and ALL THE PEOPLE THEY MISLED, that I am not corn.
I just heard this rooster joke on Democracy Now.
I reworked it slightly, and added my own circumstances.
The joke is part of a book called 'Guantanamo Diary'
A person, named Mohamedou Ould Slahi, who is being held without trial, wrote it.
Accused.
imprisoned.
But never given a chance to present evidence of his innocence.
Never given an opportunity to address the accusations of the people who put him in a cell.

Twirly For Santa
It's too early for Santa, so the sounds I hear coming from my roof must be the roofers removing the old shingles.
New roof, the next four hours or so will be filled with the sound of the nail gun.
Then it's peace on roof, goodwill to Santa's new landing strip.
Here is a photo of the old roof, taken seven years ago. Thankfully we don't have snow like this right now.
Physically Impossible For Someone To Go 12 Days?
"A lot of people are saying it's physically impossible for someone to go through twelve days" said Trump cryptically on his return from Asia.
So true, there's never been, say, a song written about twelve days of Christmas, has there?
I'd wish everyone Season's Greetings, but like a lot of people, I'm exhausted after going through twelve days. :sarcasm:
Trump can't keep up with the mass shootings
Donald Trump is too lazy to type individual condolence tweets for the mass shootings that occur on his watch.
He cuts and pastes, but he was also too lazy to change the name to the latest mass murder that occurred on his watch.
Sad, and indicative of the reality of America, right now.
Far from making anything safe, the number of mass murders seem to be increasing under the Trump administration.
But hey, Trump says we can all safely say 'Merry Christmas' again, so there's that...
Update: Trump has deleted the tweet twice now, trying to get it right, and failing. https://twitter.com/kibblesmith/status/930759806276853761
Sightline My Eye
A few days ago, my eighty four year old mother got a note by our door, instructing her to pick up a Registered Letter from Georgina Township.
She had to travel to the other end of town to pick it up.
"This notice is to inform you that the Roads Division has identified a sightline issue at 2 Kerfoot Crescent" says the letter.
This so-called 'Sightline issue' was frivolous waste of taxes.
Roads Superintendent Scott Edwards blamed the issue on "the student".
The problem?
Siberian Irises.
They are not a sightline issue. Nor was the "grass high" at any time in the summer, as Scott Edwards also tried to suggest.
Even so, I told Scott Edwar
